Welcome to the WV Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy licensing section. If you are active ARRT or NMTCB, in good standing with your respective organizations and have not been convicted of a felony within the past five (5) years in this state or any other state or convicted of a misdemeanor pertaining to the radiological sciences, you may proceed. If you do not meet the above, you will need to contact the office at 304-787-4398 to inquire about a license.

CONTINUE ON AND DO NOT QUIT UNTIL YOU ARE ABLE TO PRINT YOUR CONDITIONAL CERTIFICATE OR YOUR CREDIT CARD IS REJECTED.
